What to expect
Practicing meditation and mindfulness gives your brain and body the chance to get a retune the minds channels for wavelengths of resilience and thriving. The more your practice, the more stronger your inner signals become. This is the best activity you could give your team - a consistent space and time to be in this state of peace and clarity + learn tools to cultivate more of it. How does it work? 1. Each session is hosted online (or in person if in Sydney) and goes for 20 minutes (block out 30mins total so people can get back to whatever life is asking of them smoothly). 2. Choose a regular time and frequency that suits you. E.g. 1pm Mondays weekly/fortnightly. 3. Choose your focus up front or week to week. My team guided meditations include: - Deep relaxation - Connecting to breath - Brain and body reset - Or I can tailor the practice for your team needs 4. Choose to commit to this team practice for one month or up to 3 months. I love supporting ambitious teams who understand wellbeing is more than a lovely idea but essential to put into action! 4 sessions $1600; 8 sessions $2880; 12 sessions $4320
